Pet Regulations: Cats allowed at Four Seasons upon approval. NO DOGS at Four Seasons. We do accept dogs and cats at Towne Center Apartments of Mason. Details: We allow up to two cats, which must be spayed or neutered. There is a $100 pet deposit, and an additional $15/month pet fee.
